Good Customer Service

I had a great experience with Pallet Junction! I called them to inquire about selling pallets, and their customer service was excellent. The representative I spoke with was friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the process straightforward and provided clear instructions on how to proceed. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pallet company with top-notch customer service!

Stay away

Gabriel stole my 53ft semi-trailer and when we found out he had it he said it was an accident. I thought he was honest until i seen my trailer, he scraped my company name, logos, phone number and dot inspection plates off and painted over them. He wrote HPS all over the trailer and gave it a new trailer number. He clearly had all intent of stealing and using the trailer as his own. He has not offered to pay for any of the damage and wouldn't even return the trailer. I had to go get it from his customer. He is trouble!
